MDM in the News

Margaret Dubay Mikus

These pages express my full blooming—in poems, songs, photographs, and stories. May they be a catalyst for your full blooming, whatever kind of "flower" you are meant to be. "What do you do as easy as breathing, better than anyone else?" I invite you to "Let out your light and shine a little..."

Pause for a moment and take a deep breath. And maybe another, this time as if filling your whole body. Wiggle your toes on the floor. Consider doing more of things that give you energy and doing less of things that drain your energy. Notice the difference. And perhaps you might say with me: "I let go of fear and love remains."

We are all connected: when one of us heals, we all heal. From experience I know all the help we need is there for the asking. Thank you for doing this important work! Welcome, and have fun exploring!

Love and Peace,

Margaret Dubay Mikus, Ph.D.
